Soham Yoga School is located in the heart of Rishikesh, often called the Yoga Capital of the World. For years, we’ve been proud to offer a wide range of yoga courses, including 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as Kundalini Yoga programs. Our good name is a result of the fervour and devotion we put into our teachings, and thus it has reached the yoga community.

As a Yoga Alliance USA-certified school, we guarantee that all our yoga courses are of standard quality. Our view is that yoga transmits philosophical teachings beyond asanas; we see yoga as the way forward for self-knowledge and transformation. In addition, the experienced teachers do their job with a dedication to the best of their abilities. They instil the students with the necessary tools to sharpen their practice, and the students deepen their intellectual horizons about yoga.
