Kyptec Automation® offers this 35 MM, 10 MP machine vision camera lens engineered for 2/3-inch industrial camera systems. For machine vision inspection projects, buyers should assess the required field of view, available working distance, sensor coverage and minimum detectable feature size before choosing a focal length.
Precision part inspection benefits from controlled image scale when the target occupies only part of a larger machine layout. In a real machine vision deployment, field of view must be calculated from active sensor dimensions and working distance, while the minimum detectable feature size must be checked against effective pixels on target. These considerations help buyers avoid selecting a lens on megapixel count or focal length alone.
This model uses a C-mount interface and an adjustable F2.8–16 aperture range. Sensor-format coverage matters because an undersized image circle can restrict usable detail at the edges of a 2/3-inch sensor. Aperture, illumination uniformity, focus stability, optical contrast and mechanical mounting should be evaluated together before the lens is specified for inspection equipment.
